As an independent hosting provider, misuse of our ticketing system, live chat, or support system by submitting excessive or unwarranted complaints may result in the suspension of your account. The only valid reason to contact us regarding offshore hosting is to report technical issues with the server. We enforce minimal content restrictions, as long as they comply with applicable laws and regulations. Do not sign up if your intent is to violate our policies. We actively monitor for violations and will enforce terms without exception.
For fully managed dedicated servers, customization of configurations, firewalls, DNS, and HTTPD settings may be required. These are provided for dedicated ADS services.
Software installations are permitted if they do not compromise the security, stability, or performance of other users on the server.
We do not provide emergency support, phone support, or live chat support. Response times may vary, and support could take several hours in some cases.
We do not offer support for webmaster-related issues, coding difficulties, or error resolution. Any website-specific issues, including library or configuration problems, must be resolved on your end.
While we maintain backups, we are not liable for any data loss.
No credit or refund will be issued for service interruptions resulting from violations of the User Agreement.
